Privacy
The short version: we don’t collect anything. Everything stays on your device.
What we collect
Nothing. FablePixels has no accounts, no sign-ups, no ads, no analytics, no tracking and no cookies. We don’t know who plays, what they choose, or how long they play.
What’s saved on your device
To remember where your child is, FablePixels saves a few things in this browser, on this device only:
- Player names you type in (nicknames work great) and their animal pictures
- Story progress, the choices made, badges, stamps and puzzle progress
- Settings such as read aloud, calm mode and sounds
- Saved copies of pages and pictures, so stories work offline
None of this is ever sent to us or anyone else. To erase a player’s stories, use “Start fresh” in the grown-ups corner. To erase everything, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
Other companies
None. Our pictures, fonts and code are all served from FablePixels itself. Links to our sister sites (Free Scripture, Luther’s World and Digital Lutheran Church) open another site, which has its own privacy policy.
Read aloud uses your device’s built-in voice. On some devices, that voice is provided by the device maker (such as Apple, Google or Microsoft) under their own privacy terms.
Children
FablePixels is made for children. Because we don’t collect personal information from anyone, we don’t collect it from children under 13 either.
Who we are
FablePixels is a free project of Hope for Americans, a nonprofit in Flagstaff, Arizona. About us.
Questions or worries? Email hello@luthersworld.com. A real person reads every message. Writing to us is the only time we’d ever see anything from you, and we use it only to reply.
