FablePixels

When you can’t sit beside them, you can still be part of the story.

Your child can explore these Bible stories on their own. Here you’ll see what they chose, why it matters, and how to talk about it later.

Their choices, and what to ask

There are no wrong answers, so be curious about their reasons. The moments where they chose differently from the Bible character often make the best conversations.

A question for whenever you have a minute

“Ask me about” cards

At the end of each story, your child gets a card to show you. Print this week’s cards for the fridge.

How each story works

1. Step insideA short story, read aloud, with pictures to tap. About 6 to 10 minutes.
2. Choose firstYour child decides what they would do before learning what the Bible character did. Sometimes they play the sailors, the priest or the father.
3. See what happenedA gentle reveal that never says “wrong,” plus a character badge: mercy, courage, honesty, humility, loyalty or self-control.

Eight ways of knowing

FablePixels is built on Theory of Knowledge. A few times in each story, your child chooses how to look at a moment. Each way of knowing shows them something, and each one can miss something. The goal isn’t one right answer. It’s learning that how you look changes what you notice.

Built for every kind of mind

Every word read aloudWords light up as they’re read, so non-readers and dyslexic readers can play alone.
Easy-to-read lettersLexend type, large text, no italics or all-caps, and a “wider letters” switch.
Calm by designOne choice per screen and the same layout every time. Calm mode stops the motion and leaves out the scariest pictures.
No wrong answersNo timers, no scores, no “try again.” Every choice is met with curiosity.
Safe to use aloneNo ads, no chat, no accounts. Story screens have no links out. This page sits behind a press-and-hold button on the home page.
A gentle stopping pointYou choose how many stories before Pip suggests a break. Helpful for kids who hyperfocus.
